Valerie has been a strength and conditioning coach for over 20 years, specializing in endurance and technique training, primarily running for the past 12 years. She has her B.S. in Kinesiology from University of Texas, Austin and also holds certifications in CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Endurance, POSE Triathalon Level 1, as well as POSE Master Level 4. Valerie opened a private training studio in 2001 and converted it to a CrossFit affiliate in 2011, BVM CrossFit, after discovering CFE.
