Jamie Hagiya

"Besides 3FU3L being one of the best tasting proteins (I seriously can’t wait to workout just so I can take it), it’s also the highest quality you’ll find on the market that covers all 3 macros!! It was made by athletes for athletes, so they understand how important fueling and recovery is for your body both in training and game days. I started taking 3FU3L during the CrossFit Open and it made a huge difference in my recovery. Especially now, training for Regionals when my volume and intensity has been bumped up, I need it more than ever and am so grateful for this opportunity to represent such a stand up company. If you haven’t tried 3FU3L… You need to NOW!"
