"I LOVE 3FU3L and 3CARB!! As a jiu jitsu athlete, my training sessions and jiu jitsu competitions are highly taxing. I use 3FU3L and 3CARB pre, intra, and post workout, as well as post weigh-in at competitions. It has NEVER failed me. The energy difference is almost immediate, which is why I have even run to make a quick shake during a particularly tough training session and bounced back with plenty of energy to finish strong. I love that these products are scientifically proven to work, and have no artificial ingredients in them. I have used other proteins, and have never experienced anything as effective as 3FU3L and 3CARB. It is the only product I use. I will not go back. Give the chocolate 3FU3L a try, and maybe mix it with a scoop of the coffee 3fu3l.. It's my favorite combination!



Christina Gonzales is a lifetime martial artist. She began training at age 5 in Shorin Ryu karate and trained for 14 years, earning her 2nd degree black belt.  She has since picked up Brazilian jiu jitsu, and has now been training for over 7 years.  She has earned her place on the podium in the Pan American Jiu-Jitsu Championships, World Jiu-Jitsu Championships, American Nationals, and other local tournaments as well.   She is now a brown belt and represents team Checkmat. Currently, Christina is a Sports Performance Coach under Scot Prohaska, as well as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and XPT Life coach.  She strives to be the best possible role model and influence to all she comes in contact with. She is a firm believer that it is easier to stay in shape than to get in shape, and so is always working hard to be ready for the next challenge or opportunity.
