    • 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut flour
    • 1 scoop of Chocolate 3FU3L protein powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
    • 3 beaten eggs
    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of coconut milk*
    • a handful of blueberries
    • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to cook

    * for a richer flavor, mix the coconut milk with a cold espresso. If you use a rice protein, you’ll need more liquid. If you use a whey protein, then you'll need less. Put in a 1/4 cup of the liquid first and mix. Leave it to rest for a couple of minutes to see how thick it is and then add more liquid if you need. The mix should be gloopy, but not runnym and should pour into the skillet to cook. You shouldn’t have to scrape it off the spoon.

      1. Beat the eggs
      2. Stir in the dry ingredients
      3. Add the milk according to the notes above
      4. Stir in the blueberries
      5. Heat a skillet and grease with the coconut oil
      6. Pour in your batter and cook for about 2 minutes and then flip and cook for another 2 minutes
